Deb Manjarrez is a life-long Wapato resident, active in the Wapato Lions Club, president of the Wapato Champber of Commerce, and a C.P.A. with her own firm. She works half time as controller for the Wapato-based nonprofit, Northwest Learning and Achievement Group. The Chamber of Commerce has sponsored several public art pieces in Wapato.
