Meet the National Arts Marketing Project Team
As the arts marketing program coordinator, Amanda Bell provides practical tools to arts marketers through ArtsMarketing.org and helps produce the annual National Arts Marketing Project Conference which fosters the exchange of innovative industry ideas. Amanda also manages Americans for the Arts' integrated webinar program, ensuring that professionals across the arts and culture fields have access to the most relevant, productive online learning opportunities. Prior to joining Americans for the Arts in 2013, Amanda worked in executive search for nonprofits and management consulting for arts organizations. She has also provided communications support to various art service organizations, including Americans for the Arts, where she served as the arts marketing intern while earning her masters in arts administration from Columbia University. Amanda graduated with a B.A. in art history and Italian from Vassar College, where she also studied drama, performed in an a capella ensemble, and worked as a docent at the campus art center. In her free time, Amanda feeds her love for the arts by reading, visiting museums, attending plays, performing improv comedy, and learning to play the ukulele.
