Caleb is the Arts & Business Council of New York Program Coordinator. In this role, he manages the Multicultural Arts Management Internship program that takes place every summer in New York City, provides support and leadership to the Emerging Leaders of New York Arts (ELNYA), and coordinates professional development programs to train arts organizations to engage with businesses while educating businesspeople on the value of partnering with the arts. He also works with local business volunteers, matching them with arts organizations to assist with specific needs or projects and creates professional development opportunities for both parties through the Business Volunteers for the Arts (BVA) program.

Caleb came to Americans for the Arts in May 2012 as the Operations Associate where he was responsible for ensuring the most efficient operations of the New York City Office of Americans for the Arts in the areas of office services, human resources, meetings and events, and general support.

Prior to joining AFTA, Caleb was the Community Outreach and Client Service Intern at LIFT Philadelphia where he worked one-on-one with low-income community members to connect them with housing, employment, social services, and educational opportunities throughout Philadelphia and provided general administrative support to the LIFT Philadelphia North Office. During this time and throughout his schooling he also worked at Starbucks Coffee Company.

In 2011 he graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Cairn University, where he also fostered his love for Photography and art history. In his spare time, he will forever be a Philadelphia Phillies fan and being a West Virginia native, he enjoys wearing flannel as often as he can, keeping the country alive in the big city.
