Her poems have recently appeared in Crab Orchard Review, The Greensboro Review, Spoon River Poetry Review, RHINO, and elsewhere. She competed in track and cross country at the college level, completed a half marathon race in 2009, and hopes to run a marathon some day. She lives in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Washington, DC.
