Jamie Boese
Project Director, 50th Anniversary Convention
As Project Director for the 50th Anniversary Convention, Jamie manages the planning and program development for the organization’s 50th Anniversary Convention taking place in June 2010. She has been with Americans for the Arts for seven years, working on a number of projects including managing a supervisors' training program; planning several staff and board retreats; helping to oversee the organization’s environmental analysis and strategic planning process; working on board development; managing the emerging leaders program and Annual Convention; and working on the meetings and events team. Jamie has a bachelor's degree in business administration and human resources from The Ohio State University.
Jamie’s artistic and creative experiences lie in dance, yoga, and photography, but she is greatly interested in all forms of art, especially the amazing live theater she is able to take advantage of in Washington, DC.
