Anette Shirinian
Membership Associate
Anette officially joined Americans for the Arts as a membership associate in Aprill 2011. Before joining the staff of Americans for the Arts, Anette worked as a meeting and events intern in the operations department where she assisted the department with the details and logistics for events. Annete's passion is heavily focused in the visual arts. Anette received her Bachelor of Arts degree in studio art from the University of California, Irvine in June 2009. As an undergraduate, she ran an independent art gallery with her fellow students and was selected to receive an honors studio space. Anette continued her passion for the arts by working for several local artists and galleries in Los Angeles as well as serving as a volunteer for the Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles and now the Washington Projects for the Arts in Washington, DC. Anette also enjoys travelling and exploring local art communities wherever she goes.
