David Dombrosky is the program director for Contemporary Arts and New Initiatives at the Southern Arts Federation, where he designs and manages both regional and national programs in the visual, performing, media, and literary arts. In addition to serving on the Americans for the Arts Emerging Leaders Council, David co-founded the Emerging Arts Leaders of Atlanta. He also serves on the board of directors for the National Alliance for Media Arts and Culture and writes for the Technology in the Arts blog established by Carnegie Mellon University’s Center for Arts Management and Technology.
Prior to joining Southern Arts Federation in 1999, David worked with the Atlanta Coalition of Theatres, Jomandi Productions, and the Actors’ Company of Pennsylvania. He holds an M.A. in performance studies and a B.A. in psychology and speech communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
