Stephanie Lynn Ackler

Stephanie Lynn Ackler leads the Ackler Wealth Management team, a financial boutique within Wachovia Securities, LLC.  Ackler Wealth Management works with a select group of individuals, families, and institutions to develop and implement customized investment plans tailored to personal needs, objectives, and risk tolerances. Ackler Wealth Management also works with people who are beginning this process and are seeking an experienced financial advisor with whom to start their investment planning.

Ms. Ackler is a chartered financial analyst and director–investments with Wachovia Securities and brings with her over 20 years of professional experience in this industry. She manages individual accounts, trusts, foundations, and qualified retirement plan accounts. Ackler is a frequent speaker on investing, investment planning, and aspects of wealth management, and has appeared on CNN-fn and Fox News. Recently, she was a guest at the White House on Take Your Daughters to Work Day, where she spoke on her involvement with the Financial Women's Association Daughters programs, which focuses on bringing financial awareness to girls, ages 8 to 18.

A graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and the Northfield Mt. Hermon School, Ackler is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts. She is also actively involved with the Financial Women’s Association of New York, the New York Women’s Agenda, the Women’s Venture Fund, and the Women’s Presidents Organization.  In addition to supporting women’s issues, Stephanie is passionate about music and the arts in both her personal and professional life. She lives in Manhattan with her husband, Peter Chapin, and their sons, Sam and William, and she is learning how to play the cello.
