John Copeland is a member of the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs. Previously, he served Americans for the Arts on the National Arts Marketing Project. Mr. Copeland has also worked as an executive director, education administrator, and band director. He holds a B.A. in music education from Georgia College & State University.
