The Four Seasons Hotel Miami is located 1.5 miles south of the headquarters hotel, the Hyatt Regency Miami.  The National Arts Marketing Project Conference will not provide transportation from overflow properties to the Hyatt Regency Miami.  Guests are encouraged to take the MetroMover tram from the Financial District stop across the street from the hotel, behind Novocento restaurant, ½ block west across Brickell Avenue, to the Knight Center Station located directly at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.  Trams run from 5:00am - midnight, seven days a week.  There is no charge for the MetroMover.  Please check the Miami Dade Transit website for more information and maps.

At this time the headquarters hotel, the Hyatt Regency Miami, Courtyard by Marriott, Marriott Biscayne Bay, and Four Seasons Miami blocks are full.  Please check your preferred travel website for additional housing options.

Please be advised that Diplomat Travel charges a $32 booking fee for all airline reservations and a $10 booking fee for car or hotel booking if air is not booked with them. Diplomat Travel is also unable to help with air reservations made online if problems should arise.

    • Super Shuttle Service: (fees apply): 24 hour service to hotel. $12 per person. Guests should go to the Super Shuttle station located at the Van/Limo booth directly outside of baggage claim area. (Curbside) lower level for pick-up. (Blue vans with yellow lettering that say Super Shuttle).
    • Taxi: Approximately $18-$20 one way.
  • Fort Lauderdale Airport
    • Super Shuttle Service: Super Shuttle does not come from the airport to the hotel but does go from the hotel to airport at $24 per person.
    • Taxi: Approx $50-60
