Tom Kaiden is the chief operating officer of the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, a membership organization of more than 375 nonprofit arts and cultural institutions located primarily in the five counties of southeastern Pennsylvania. The Cultural Alliance is the collective voice and advocate for culture in the Greater Philadelphia region, increasing positive awareness, participation and support of cultural organizations among business community and elected leaders, audiences, and the general public.
