Childsplay

Rosemary Walsh is currently director of community engagement at Childsplay, managing a department that is responsible for most of the earned income for the company. She joined the Childsplay staff in 1992 and held a variety of administrative positions until spring 2002 when she was appointed marketing director. Ms. Walsh manages a staff of three and is responsible for public and school audience development and for raising awareness in the community about Childsplay and its various programs. This past year she managed a successful transition into a new performing venue and public and school audiences have doubled during her tenure. Ms. Walsh graduated from McGill University in Montreal in 1971 with a degree in theater and earned a post graduate certificate of education from Bretton Hall College of Education in Yorkshire in 1972.
