Victoria J. Saunders has an M.A. in arts education and arts administration from the University of Oregon. An independent consultant, she has led arts organizations and spent seven years with the City of San Diego Commission for Arts and Culture. There she established an Emerging Leaders initiative and a mentoring program. Her consulting work includes arts education and leadership research. She has published articles on generational transitions in arts leadership and is a certified personal coach.
