Lexington Arts and Cultural Council

James M. Clark accepted the position of President and CEO of the Lexington (KY) Arts and Cultural Council in October 2002. Before coming to Lexington, Clark served as President and CEO of Culture Works in Dayton, OH, since 1998. Prior to that position, he managed a graduate-level program at the Pratt Institute in New York, and was the Executive Director of the Public Arts Fund of New York City. Clark is a graduate of the University of Southern California and received his master's degree in public administration from New York University.
