Mural Arts Program

Judie Gilmore currently fundraises and builds awareness for public art and mural projects for the nationally renowned Philadelphia Mural Arts Program, which has created over 2,800 unique works of public art throughout Philadelphia. In addition to working to raise the over $7 million annual operating budget for the Mural Arts Program, Judie is committed to forging strong relationships with foundations, corporations, government agencies, the media and individuals to lead the Mural Arts Program into a higher echelon. She has worked with diverse nonprofit organizations in New York City, Washington, DC, Baltimore, and Philadelphia, leading efforts in marketing and branding, governance, and public policy and advocacy. Over the past ten years, Judie has explored various aspects of the community development field, using her background in community development and urban policy and advocacy. Judie received her Masters in Public Administration from New York University and her BA from Johns Hopkins University.
