Public Art Network Council

The Public Art Network Council Meeting will welcome newly elected Council members and include a PAN report and check-in then move to in-depth discussion and decisions on PAN policy and procedures. Each Committee will offer report backs and assess projects in progress. A tour of El Paso’s public artworks will be conducted by Patricia Dalbin at the conclusion of the meeting. An optional tour to Marfa, TX is planned to visit the Chinati Foundation contemporary art museum and the works of Donald Judd, as well as the area’s burgeoning gallery and cultural scene. We will stay at the historic Hotel Paisano. PAN Council members who wish to go on the Marfa Tour must contact Liesel Fenner by January 22, 2008.

• The airport is approximately 10–15 minutes driving to the Camino Real Hotel
• Taxis are approximately $15–$20 each way
