Room Rates: $229 single or double occupancy plus applicable taxes (currently 14.5 percent and subject to change).

To qualify for the conference rate, you must mention 2009 Arts Advocacy Day. Your reservation must be confirmed by Monday, March 9, 2009.

Cancellation Policy: You must call to cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to your arrival in order to avoid charges.

Be sure to identify yourself as an Americans for the Arts 2009 Arts Advocacy Day attendee, and have your preferred arrival, departure, and payment information ready.

Please be advised that Diplomat Travel charges a $32 booking fee for all airline reservations and a $10 booking fee for car or hotel booking if air is not booked with them. Diplomat Travel is also unable to help with air reservations made online if problems should arise.

The hotel is located one block from the metro. Once you have exited the Metro via the escalators, go to the right and down the stairs. Go to the left and walk to Calvert St (1 block). Cross the street and take a right. The hotel will be on your left hand side.
