Lynn manages a $6 million arts initiative, provides professional development in arts education, oversees state-level assessments in the arts, and advocates for quality arts programs in Arizona. Lynn serves on the Americans for the Arts Arts Education Council and as treasurer for the State Education Agency Directors of Arts Education.
