Photographer Hugo Ludeņa was the recipient of the Seattle Mayor's City Artist Award, the Artist Trust, and 4Culture grants. He also received the 2008 Mayor's Arts Individual Artist Award. Ludeņa helped connect South Park youth to their culture and community through photography as a teaching artist for South Park PhotoVoice.
