Janet Kim Lin represents clients in complex contract disputes with a focus in the construction industry.
Her representation includes owners, developers, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and sureties in both private and public industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
Janet focuses on the sustainable building industry, being one of the few LEED AP® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) attorneys in the United States, and one of four in the Pacific Northwest. The United States Green Building Council's LEED Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high-performance green buildings.
