Barbara Luecke has collaborated with artists for more than 20 years to bring art experiences to the public realm through permanent and temporary works and community celebrations. A master of bringing multidisciplinary viewpoints together, Barbara has worked partnered public agencies and private developers in overseeing public art integrated into large construction projects. She worked many years with 4Culture before joining Sound Transit, the agency bringing regional transit to the Puget Sound.
