Early-Bird Registration Deadline: Postmarked by February 23, 2009
Advance Registration Deadline: Must be received by April 13, 2009
General Registration Deadline: Must be received by May 25, 2009

Please note that rates will increase on site, so register early and save!

BRING A COLLEAGUE TO THE CONVENTION

Second Registration Discount Promotion
For a limited time, Americans for the Arts is offering a special discount promotion for conference attendees only.

Through February 23, 2009 purchase one registration and get the second registration at $75 off.

From February 24 through April 13, 2009 purchase one registration and get the second registration at $50 off.

• Presenters, Exhibitors, Students, and One-Day Registrants are excluded from this offer.
• Second registered attendees must be from the same organization.
• The first registrant may register online or by paper form, but the second must be completed by paper form.
• No need to register on the same day to take advantage of the registration discount.
• Registrants do not need to be members of Americans for the Arts to take advantage of the discount.
• Registrations do not need to be of the same value.

Can only attend for a single day? One-day registration is available.

Get a Roommate

Interested in sharing a room with another conference attendee to help reduce the cost of attending the convention? Just check the Roommate Referral Box on the registration form and we'll send you a list of other interested attendees. To be eligible for the program, registration forms must be received no later than April 13, 2009.

Apply for a Scholarship

Americans for the Arts is pleased to provide a variety of scholarship opportunities to assist with attending the convention.

Scholarship applications will be available on January 9, 2009. The application deadline will be January 30, 2009.

Volunteer

Americans for the Arts is please to offer a limited number of reduced conference registration fees for current Americans for the Arts members who volunteer to work eight hours during the conference.
