BRING A COLLEAGUE TO THE CONVENTION
Second Registration Discount PromotionFor a limited time, Americans for the Arts is offering a special discount promotion for conference attendees only.
Through February 23, 2009 purchase one registration and get the second registration at $75 off.
From February 24 through April 13, 2009 purchase one registration and get the second registration at $50 off.
- Presenters, Exhibitors, Students, and One-Day Registrants are excluded from this offer.
- Second registered attendees must be from the same organization.
- The first registrant may register online or by paper form, but the second must be completed by paper form.
- No need to register on the same day to take advantage of the registration discount.
- Registrants do not need to be members of Americans for the Arts to take advantage of the discount.
- Registrations do not need to be of the same value.

Apply for a Scholarship
Americans for the Arts is Pleased to provide a variety of scholarship opportunities to assist with attending the convention.

Volunteer
Americans for the Arts is pleased to offer a limited number of reduced conference registration fees for current Americans for the Arts members who volunteer to work seven hours during the conference. Volunteer duties primarily include securing the staff office and speaker rooms, helping staff with registration tables, assisting with directing attendees during special events, and aiding staff during the set up of our CenterStage area. Volunteers who work seven hours are entitled to a reduced convention registration fee of $200. (The regular member rate is $375.) This fee includes admittance to all day-time events and other conference activities that do not require a separate fee. Please note: volunteers will be given assignments prior to arrival. However, Americans for the Arts reserves the right to change or make new assignments as needed.
