- Purchase of an Underwriter Table at $50,000 includes a complimentary full-page ad.
- Purchase of a Benefactor Table at $25,000 includes a comlimentary half-page ad.
- Purchase of a Sponsor Table at $15,000 includes a complimentary quarter-page ad.
- Purchase of a Patron Table at $10,000 includes the opportunity to purchase an advertisement at a discounted rate: $1650 for one full-page, $775 for one half-page, or $650 for one quarter-page.

Production Requirements:
- Inside ads will print one color in black. Cover ads will print in 4-color.
- Submit ads as PDF or EPS files. Please embed all fonts. Please submit color ads in CMYK. Resolution should be greater than 150 dpi.
- The dinner journal will print offset 150 line on coated stock.
- If the ad requires typesetting please submit copy as a Word document and high resolution images, if required.
- PowerPoint documents will NOT be accepted.
