Should you require a room or need to extend your stay at the Omni, please call 888.444.OMNI or email our convention services representative directly, Jennifer Gallagher. The Omni will process these requests based on availability. If you are unable to secure a room at the Omni, the Marriott Wardman Park and the Hilton Washington are close to the Omni. Americans for the Arts cannot guarantee price or availability at either property.
Cancellation Policy: You must call to cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to your arrival in order to avoid charges.

Please be advised that Diplomat Travel charges a $32 booking fee for all airline reservations and a $10 booking fee for car or hotel booking if air is not booked with them. Diplomat Travel is also unable to help with air reservations made online if problems should arise.

The hotel is located one block from the Metro. Once you have exited the Metro via the escalators, go to the right and down the stairs. Go to the left and walk to Calvert St (1 block). Cross the street and take a right. The hotel will be on your left hand side.
