Americans for the Arts' quarterly newsletter, Arts Link, provides valuable news and information for arts professionals on the leading topics of the day. All members receive Arts Link as a part of their membership.
Monthly Wire
The Monthly Wire, our monthly e-newsletter, brings members the latest information on national arts news, including advocacy, funding opportunities, events, and resources.
Monograph
The Monograph series is a collection of issue papers published several times each year. Monograph is a practical guide for arts agencies, public- and private-sector advocates, policymakers, and arts researchers on timely topics such as arts programming, funding, and policy. Recent issues have focused on arts agency funding, creativity and workforce development, community schools of the arts, and public art. Members at the Choice level and above receive Monograph. Please note, since 2008, Monograph is delivered electronically to all recipients.
Special Reports
Throughout the year, members receive special reports on specific issues and solutions. Members at the Core level and above receive a complimentary electronic publication from the Nancy Hanks Lecture on Arts and Public Policy. Members at the Core level and above receive the Federal Resource Guide Series for Arts Organizations.
Listservs
Americans for the Arts offers our members the exclusive opportunity to participate in more than 13 dynamic listservs. Listserv groups include Advocacy, Arts Education, Public Art, Creative Economy, Cultural Diversity, Emerging Leaders, Higher Education, Local Policy, Private Sector, Rural and Small Communities, Suburban and County Arts, United Arts Fund, and United States Urban Arts Federation. Members can subscribe to the listservs by loging in to the Members-Only website, then clicking on Listservs on the left side bar.
Networks, Peer Groups, and Councils
Americans for the Arts connects members who have like interests through its councils, networks, and peer groups. Peer groups are centered on interest and/or profession, such as Rural and Small Communities. Groups meet face to face during the annual convention and communicate year-round through members-only listservs. Formal networks have been created to respond to the needs of:

Business Volunteers for the Arts Program Eligibility
Business Volunteers for the Arts® (BVA) is a national program operated by a network of organizations around the country under the leadership of the Arts & Business Council of Americans for the Arts. BVA affiliates in cities around the country recruit and train business professionals to be placed as pro bono management consultants with nonprofit arts groups. BVA volunteers address projects from strategic planning and marketing to information systems, human resources, and financial management, while arts organizations develop relationships with business executives that can lead to new board members, development of in-kind resources, and funding. Members at the Core level and above are eligible to become a BVA affiliate.
Annual Convention
Each year, Americans for the Arts convenes the largest annual gathering of arts and community leaders to explore critical issues in the arts. The annual convention provides invaluable peer-to-peer networking opportunities, inspiring keynote speakers, and enlightening skill-building workshops. Americans for the Arts members receive a discount on registration fees to the convention and are eligible for scholarships and volunteer opportunities.
National Arts Marketing Project (NAMP) Conference
The NAMP Conference draws attendees from all over the world who represent a broad spectrum of arts disciplines and organizations. Conference sessions provide attendees with information, tools, and techniques to achieve concrete marketing and audience development results. Americans for the Arts members receive a discount on registration fees to the NAMP Conference and are eligible for scholarships and volunteer opportunities.
Job Bank
Americans for the Arts Job Bank is the premier electronic recruitment resource in the arts field. Searching jobs and posting resumes is free, and Americans for the Arts members can post jobs at a discounted price.

Local Arts Services Directory
What public art programs are available in your area? Where are United Arts Funds located around the country? Which local arts agencies near you serve artists? Find solutions to these questions and more by searching the online Local Arts Services Directory. Conduct searches by organization name, service area, or geographically.
Research Assistance
Americans for the Arts offers a fully searchable National Arts Policy Database of one-page abstracts describing 7,000 arts policy and research studies published since 1960. Entries are categorized to help you find the information easily. In addition, Americans for the Arts staff will respond directly to your research questions—by phone or e-mail—with research, background materials, and field contacts.
Online Store
With more than 250 titles, Americans for the Arts Online Store offers the most comprehensive listing of nonprofit arts publications today. Americans for the Arts members receive a 10–25 percent discount on all Store purchases.
