Reed Colver

Reed Colver is currently the campus & community engagement coordinator for Carolina Performing Arts at the University of North Carolina—Chapel Hill and project manager for the UNC-CH Creative Campus project, a year-long project on the death penalty, as part of the Association of Performing Arts Presenter's Creative Campus Grant program. Previously, she worked with the Multicultural Arts Professional Development Program in Melbourne, Australia; Animating Democracy at Americans for the Arts; and Deaf West Theatre Company in Los Angeles. Her work focuses on intercultural relations, cultural diversity, education, and the use of arts as a tool to engage in dialogue on these issues, which she accomplishes through her work as both an arts administrator and a director. Reed is a graduate of Pomona College (B.A.), The School for International Training (M.A. intercultural service leadership and management) and is trained in dance and theater.
