Adam Natale

Director of Membership & Program Development Adam J. Natale joined Fractured Atlas in December 2005 and since then has seen the organization grow immensely, with more than 4,000 members joining within the past year. He currently oversees the organization’s online learning and microgrant programs, among others. With Fractured Atlas, Adam has spearheaded an artist healthcare advocacy/awareness campaign in Washington, DC, and created an innovative audience development program with organizations including Theatre Development Fund and High 5 Tickets to the Arts. He has served as a guest panelist and/or speaker for several arts organizations, including Theatre Communications Group, NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, National Performance Network, and Alternate ROOTS. For Fractured Atlas’ Open Arts Network, he has formed collaborative partnerships with more than 75 arts organizations across the country. Prior to his position at Fractured Atlas, he served the Theater & Musical Theater disciplines at the National Endowment for the Arts, where he worked on such programs as Shakespeare in American Communities, American Masterpieces, the National Heritage Fellowships, and adjudicated grant applications for international programs as well as for the Coming Up Taller Awards. He was formerly an associate producer with the New York Musical Theatre Festival and currently serves on the Board of Directors for off-Broadway's Red Bull Theater. He is a freelance theater/musical theater director and an associate member of the Stage Directors & Choreographers Society. Adam is a graduate of American University with a degree in directing for theater and film. He is originally from Philadelphia.
