Tatiana Hernandez joined Knight Foundation in May 2011. She came to Knight Foundation from the Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami. Before working in the development department at MOCA, she spent 5 years in Los Angeles working on issues in public education, most recently, at Green Dot Public Schools. In Los Angeles, she was also involved with Machine Project, a community space working to reinvent the concept of “community engagement”. She has over 12 years of experience in the nonprofit field, ranging from program management to communications and development and earned a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University in International Affairs and Anthropology.
