Victoria Plettner-Saunders has a career-long focus on the nonprofit arts and culture sector as an arts leader, manager and consultant since 1987. She is the founding Principal of The Arts at Work providing collaborative, human-centered consulting that specializes in organizational development, talent acquisition & retention. She is an advocate for better working conditions for arts workers in all phases of thier careers. Victoria is based in San Diego and works nationwide.
