Scott Stulen is an artist, writer, musician and the Curator of Audience Experiences and Performance at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. He is the former Director of the McKnight Artist Fellowship for Photographers, Project Director of mnartists.org at the Walker Art Center and Associate Curator at the Rochester Art Center (MN). He has created and managed innovative on and off-line programming including the Internet Cat Video Festival (#catvidfest), Artist Designed Mini Golf, Community Supported Art (CSA), Drawing Club and was the co-curator of the Walker Art Center’s ongoing Open Field initiative. He has recently presented at the SXSW Interactive conference (Austin), CultureTECH (Derry, Northern Ireland) and TEDx (Indianapolis). He is currently leading an ambitious new program at the IMA to engage audiences with immersive experiences throughout the museum and 150 acres of grounds.
