Stephen Marc Beaudoin is Executive Director of PHAME, the Portland metro region's acclaimed lifelong arts learning, performance, and community engagement program for young and older adults with developmental disabilities. Beaudoin has served as Executive Director since 2010.
Beaudoin has over 12 years experience as a senior nonprofit executive, board member and consultant; a former career in producing/performance as a professional singer-actor and arts event producer; and has worked as a contributing writer on nonprofit issues and trends in publications across the country (Portland Business Journal, Willamette Week, the Oregonian, etc).
Beaudoin is a 2011 Skidmore Prize winner, 2012 Artslandia magazine "1 of 15 Outstanding Arts Personalities to Watch," 2013 Portland Monthly Rising Star award winner, 2014 Rob Delf Award winner from the Medical Society of Metropolitan Portland, and a 2014 Spirit of Portland award winner from the City of Portland (Commissioner Nick Fish). His work has been profiled in the Boston Globe, the Oregonian, American Theatre magazine, Willamette Week and on radio and television stations across the country.
