Alison Wade is a Masters’ Candidate in Visual Arts Administration at New York University’s Steinhardt School. In 2010, Alison interned with Americans for the Arts in Private Sector Initiatives; she has also completed internships at the Museum of Arts and Design and The Phillips Collection.
She is currently interning with More Art, a nonprofit that connects underserved communities with contemporary artists.
Prior to her graduate studies, Alison worked as Program Coordinator at Washington Art Associates, an art tour company based in Washington, D.C. that provided tours to museum membership groups in Washington, New York, Pittsburgh, Chicago, and other cities. She earned a B.A. in Art History and English from The George Washington University in 2006, and is originally from Worcester, MA.
