Meet at 4th & Washington; ends at Buskirk Chumley Theater.
Follow the big brass-band sounds of Festival artist Lemon Bucket Orkestra (Canada) and join in as the procession takes over Walnut Ave. Grab a flag, shake a tail feather, and be part of the celebration!
