Americans for the Arts is pleased to offer a number of full ride and partial reimbursement scholarships to members interested in attending the 2020 Annual Convention and Public Art & Civic Design Conference, June 26-28 in Washington, D.C.
Scholarships are available for emerging leaders, practicing artists, leaders of color, and individuals whose rural-based organizations serve the needs of communities where access to the arts is limited. This year, we are thrilled to also offer scholarship opportunities for LGBTQIA+ Leaders and for those from Small-Size Budget organizations!
Full ride Scholarships can be used to attend the Annual Convention or Public Art & Civic Design Conference, as well as a pre-event Workshop of the recipient's choice, and more. Visit the scholarships page for a full list of opportunities.
The deadline to apply is Monday, February 24 at 11:59 p.m. (ET). Scholarship applicants must be current members of Americans for the Arts. (Not a member? You can join today to become eligible for scholarships and other meeting registration discounts.) Individuals may apply for multiple scholarships, but finalists will be awarded only one scholarship.
If you have questions regarding scholarships, please send an email to Jerelle Jenkins. For questions regarding your membership status, please write to [email protected] or call (202) 371-2830 to speak with our membership staff.
