RAW Artists, an independent, international arts organization, is presenting the National Arts Drive, a 10-city, 3-hour long community experience taking place on Saturday, June 20 (originally scheduled for June 6) across the U.S.

During the “Drive,” local artists will showcase their work, wares, and performances at a distance—from windows, balconies, driveways, front lawns, or workspaces.

Community supporters are invited to drive or ride down their city blocks and suburban streets to see and hear the artists, performers, musicians, and designers living in their community from a safe and healthy distance.

The driving experience will be paired with a mobile website designed and built by RAW Artists. Art showcases will be tracked with a map marker to allow drivers to plan their route. The site will allow drivers to support artists from a distance through three main avenues:

  • Liking, following, and/or sharing artists’ work via social media
  • “Tipping” artists through a touch free pay app (i.e Venmo, PayPal)
  • Making future purchases through the artists’ online stores

The National Arts Drive will take place in Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Los Angeles, New York (Brooklyn), San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington D.C. There is no charge to participate for artists or drivers. Learn more and register your interest to participate at www.NationalArtsDrive.com.
