On the evening of Tuesday, June 5, 250 people gathered at the NYIT Auditorium on Broadway for the annual David Rockefeller Lecture. Featuring remarks from artist, Jeff Koons, and Head of Google Arts & Culture Lab, Laurent Gaveau, the Lecture examined ways the arts and business connect, particularly in the world of technology.

 
Last month, the National Assembly of States Arts Agencies (NASAA) hosted a Creative Industries Briefing. Laura Kohler, Senior Vice President of the Kohler Company, spoke about the necessary integration of the arts in business and its power to inspire innovative design.
