Paint Partnership Serves Art Educators
This summer, previous BCA 10 honorees Golden Artist Colors, Inc. (BCA 10 2012) and Scholastic Inc. (BCA 10 2013) partnered to provide an artist residency for teachers of students who received recognition in the 2015 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards.

Zions Bank branches throughout Utah were transformed into galleries displaying vibrant ballet costumes in the lead up to the kick-off of Ballet West’s 52nd season.

For Zions Bank and Ballet West, the exhibit put their arts and business partnership on parade, promoting the ballet’s new season and highlighting the bank’s support of arts and culture in the community. Read more.

Millennial Employees and the Desire to “Do Good”
The Millennial workforce is growing. In the 2015 Millennial Impact Project report, 80 percent of the managers surveyed said that half or more of the employees they supervise are Millennials. What Millennials seek from work differs significantly from previous generations; they actively give and volunteer in and outside of the workplace. The report shows that:

  • Most Millennials employees volunteer between 1 and 10 hours a year.
  • 48 percent of Millennials have donated to a giving campaign promoted by their employer at some point in their lives.
  • Peer coworkers are truly influential forces when it comes to cause-related work.

When this desire to “do good” is supported by their employers, Millennials can bring great value to a business’s reputation. Learn more.
