Billy Nungesser is the 54th Lieutenant Governor of the state of Louisiana. Since taking office in 2016, he and his team have guided the state to record breaking tourism numbers in each of the last four consecutive years prior to the pandemic. 

Upon taking office, several state parks were slated to close. Today, not only have they all remained open, but many are now making money. 

He is a past Chairman of the National Lieutenant Governors Association, and used his position to promote shared priorities and foster multi-state solutions to mutual problems such as imported seafood and seafood safety.

Over the years, he has helped hundreds of charitable organizations, but those he is most passionate about involve the elderly, veterans and special needs citizens.

He truly is a Lieutenant Governor for ALL of Louisiana.
