Jessica Stern is freelance consultant. Prior to branching out on her own, she was the Membership Manager at Business for Culture & the Arts (BCA) in Portland, OR. At BCA, Jessica established and maintained relationships in the private sector in order to channel business resources to the arts and culture community. She planned and implemented programs including BCA’s annual Top Business Donors to the Arts Research and Arts Breakfast of Champions, which measures and celebrates corporate philanthropic giving to the arts. Jessica is active on several local boards and is a co-founder of the Portland Emerging Arts Leaders Network, a local network of AFTA’s Emerging Leaders program. Jessica received her BA in Music and French Studies from Lewis & Clark College, and her Masters in Public Administration with an Advanced Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Portland State University.
