As a Consultant at The Pricing Institute, Jenifer Thomas helps arts and cultural organizations make informed decisions on pricing, revenue management, customer behavior and house scaling based on data. She also consults and trains on the Revenue Management Application (RMA), software that gives a deeper analysis of price, yield and capacity leading to insights in pricing. She has been featured as a blogger and webinar presenter by Americans for the Arts, and has served as a grant adjudicator for Opera America. Jenifer holds an M.B.A. and a M.A. from the University of Cincinnati and a B.M. from the University of Louisville.
