Elizabeth Thys is vested in organizations being more creative, adaptive and values driven. She is the CEO and co-founder of limeSHIFT, a social enterprise that brings artists into communities to transform spaces into a reflection of community vision and an inspiration for creativity, productivity and connection. With professional experience spanning engineering, international nonprofits and finance, Liz brings strength in quantitative and qualitative research, financial analysis, marketing and clear, written communication to limeSHIFT. Liz holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Fellowship Award and co-chair of Hacking Arts, a unique festival hosted at the MIT Media Lab celebrating entrepreneurship and innovation in the creative industries. She received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Tufts University.
