Cari Romeu Mozur joined Americans for the Arts in July 2023, bringing nearly 20 years of arts fundraising experience with her. As a first generation American born and raised in Miami, Florida, Cari has a deep love for multicultural artistic expression and believes great art can come from anywhere.

Prior to joining Americans for the Arts, Cari worked at arts organizations large and small including Florida Grand Opera, Shakespeare Theatre Company, The Kennedy Center, and the Folger Shakespeare Library where she played a central role in its successful $50 million capital campaign as a frontline fundraiser.
