2022 Annual Convention Registration Support

Key Dates and Deadlines 

Deadline to submit a request form for in-person support: Friday, April 8, 2022 at 5:00p ET
In-person registration support recipients to be notified: Wednesday, April 20, 2022
Deadline to submit a request for digital support: Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 5:00p ET
Digital registration support recipients to be notified: Notifications will be on an ongoing basis through Thursday, June 16, 2022

In-person registration support is a $1500 stipend and $500 registration. The stipend will be disbursed upfront and is intended to support lodging, travel and transportation and expenses for meals not provided during the conference. A brief final report and copies of related receipts will be required within 30 days of the end of the event.
Digital registration support is a complimentary registration valued at $149. There is no final report requirement for this support option.
We have 20 in-person registration support awards available. Because of the limited number, we will prioritize individuals that identify as Black, Indigenous or People of Color (BIPOC) or African, Latino(a), Asian, Arab and Native American (ALAANA) and/or Individuals that identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual (LGBTQIA+) and/or individuals with a disability and/or residing in a rural community.
To best serve our primary audience, we will prioritize staff in the arts agency system (local, county, state, regional) or arts administrators working in community-based arts and culture organizations or arts service organizations.
Membership is not a requirement to request or receive registration support.
